Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to, bodysuits, bottoms, and any final sale items marked as non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please visit our Returns Center. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
